VILLAGE OF CANASTOTA
2026 TREE REMOVAL PROJECT
REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS

Sealed bids will be received by the Village of Canastota until 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 for the removal and disposal of trees and stumps throughout the Village.

Bid documents are available in person at the Village offices located at 205 S. Peterboro Street, Canastota NY 13032 Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Interested parties may also contact the Village Administrator at village@canastota.com for more information or an electronic copy. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to apply.

Bids will be publicly opened on June 3, 2026 at the regular 7:00 p.m. Village Board of Trustees meeting.

The winning bidder must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor. Prevailing wage must be paid for this project – PRC #2026004282.

The Village of Canastota reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason.
