Village offices closed for 4th of July weekend

Canastota village offices and associated services will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2026 in observance of the Independence Day holiday weekend.

The following services will not be available that day:
– Village Clerk
– Village Court
– Codes Office
– Department of Public Works
– Housing Authority

The village pool on Chapel Street will be open regular hours for open swim.

All offices and services will reopen for regular business on Monday, July 6. Trash, recycling, brush, and yard waste pickup will not be affected.
