Village offices closed for Labor Day

Village of Canastota offices will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026 in observance of the Labor Day holiday.

The following offices and services will be closed:
– Clerk
– Codes
– Court
– Recreation
– Public Works
– Housing Authority

Trash and recyclables pickup will be delayed one day.

Brush and yard waste will not be picked up the week of September 7-11.

Offices and services will reopen for regular hours on Tuesday, September 8.

The village pool closes for the season at 7:00 p.m. on Labor Day.
